℘Suggested Drinking Style:
-Dilute it with hot water to your preferred taste and serve as a drink.
-Dilute it with carbonated water to your preferred taste and serve as a soda drink.
-Add olive oil, soy sauce, etc. to make a dressing.
-Pour onto yogurt to make a yogurt sauce.
℘What else?: Made from fermented rice, Kurozu (translated to Black Vinegar) has been produced and enjoyed as part of the Japanese diet since before 300 BC. It is commonly used as a condiment and in dressings but was originally used in ‘kanpo’, or traditional Chinese medicine.
*Avoid drinking large amounts of black vinegar, as it is a strong acid which may strain the stomach and stomach lining. It is recommended to dilute the vinegar or drink a small amount after a meal.
