What are These Spices:

℘What else?: Fifachi spice blends are believed to be used by the Ancient Greek and fetched a high price in the spice trade. In India, it was mixed with ginger and black to pepper to warm the body in Ayurveda, as well. This blend is called ‘trikatu’ and when additionally mixed with honey, it is said to be good for allergies or swollen and stuffed noses.
