Do you ship to my country?

Due to regulations varying in each country, we currently only ship to certain areas. Contact us for details about shipping to your country!

When will my package be delivered?

Once the order is processed, it will take 2-3 business days to ship out the package. If a product is out of stock, it will be shipped out once that product becomes in stock and packaged. Once the package is shipped out, the remaining time is the estimated days written on the checkout page when you order. Overall, this means: Processing and Handling (Ex. 2 days) + Checkout Shipping Days (Ex. 1-2 weeks) = 9-16 days to reach your doorstep.

Most deliveries come faster than the estimated time, however we cannot hold responsibility if your package is not delivered within our estimated time as many external factors can affect delivery. Once the package is shipped, it is up to Japan Post and your local post office to handle shipping.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping options vary depending on the order. Please select your preferred shipping method in checkout.

My address has changed...

If your address changes before your package is shipped, please change the address in ‘my account’ and notify us immediately. If your package has already been shipped, you must notify your local post office.

My package did not deliver...

If your package is returned to Japan for reasons such as incorrect address, recipient refuses signature, or misinformation, the buyer must pay shipping expenses again and we will ship to the corrected address (in the case of free shipping, it will not be available again and buyer must pay shipping expenses).

If your package has not returned to Japan nor arrived at the shipping address, please contact your local post office for investigation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you may be able to change or cancel the order if you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package is shipped you may not cancel the order.

Can I return my order?

Due to sanitary regulations, our policy does not allow us to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final after purchasing and shipping.

What if the order's contents are damaged?

If an item is damaged please contact us within 7 days with pictures of the damage and we will guide you through the process to figure out how it was damaged and what can be done.
